Hyundai 3.2mm Stainless Steel Electrode | S-309L.16

The Hyundai S-309L.16 3.2mm electrode is engineered for welding dissimilar metals, such as joining stainless steel to carbon or low-alloy steels. It is also suitable for under-layer welding on cladded stainless steel grooves. This lime-titania type electrode offers excellent usability, with an all-weld metal composition that includes extra-low carbon and a high delta ferrite content, ensuring superior corrosion and heat resistance.

Notes on Usage:

1. Dry the electrodes at 350C (662F) for 60 minutes before use.
2. In case of clad steel welding, pay attention to the degree of penetration into the base plate.
