INCRA’s Miter Express sled represents a revolution in crosscutting tools and will dramatically improve the performance of ANY brand of miter gauge, even the basic model included with your saw (miter gauge and fence sold separately). It’s reasonably priced because it’s universal – it’s a sled that uses your current miter gauge & fence instead of duplicating them, and your miter gauge can instantly be removed for use by itself or use at other shop machinery.

The advantages are simple: The Miter Express doubles your miter gauge’s capacity for cutting large panels, it offers more hold down options for greater safety when cutting small parts, and it provides better control overall because the lumber is carried through the blade instead of pushed across the saw.

The Express assembles quickly on either side of the saw blade, and the panels are custom-fit to your saw with two quick cuts and no measuring or alignment. It couldn’t be easier! The sliding main panel and locking drop-off panel provide a level surface and perfect zero-clearance tearout control on both sides of the blade.

• Lock-in or Remove Any Miter Gauge in Seconds: Miter gauge and fence sold separately. The massive central Utility Plate incorporates a quick-release mechanism that allows you to instantly lock in place or remove any miter gauge that uses a standard miter bar.
• Cut Large Panels Easily: The Miter Express allows your miter gauge to safely and accurately cut much larger panels than is possible with a miter gauge alone. The Express will easily square up 610mm x 864mm cabinet sides on a standard saw, and panel capacity is still a solid 508mm.
• Cut Small Parts Safely: The Miter Express is the ideal choice if your project includes cutting small or oddly-shaped parts! A heavy duty INCRA Hold Down Clamp is included for increased safety and control, and two T-Tracks in the main platform assembly allow quick installation and removal of additional clamps or custom fixtures.
• T-Slot Retaining Clips & Adjustable Miter Bar: The Miter Express features a miter bar that’s conveniently adjustable from above for a perfect fit in the miter slot. It also features removable front and rear T-Slot Retaining Clips for sled stability at both the beginning and end of long crosscuts.
