Osmo Anti-Slip PolyX-Oil is a premium wood finish formulated with natural oils and waxes to offer exceptional durability and protection for wooden flooring and furniture. This product is resistant to water and dirt, making it highly durable. It contains special additives that provide structure to the dry finish and contribute to achieving a slip resistance up to R11 classification. The hardwax-oil finish not only preserves the wood’s natural character but also ensures it remains microporous and resistant to cracking, flaking, peeling, or blistering.

• Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from frost (moisture content maximum 20%).
• Osmo UV-Protection-Oil Extra is ready to use without thinning. Stir well before application.
• If possible, it is recommended to apply the first coat to all sides of the wood before installation.
• Fresh wood, especially those containing natural wood extractives and harder wood species, should undergo a weathering period of approximately 6 weeks after installation. This allows the wood to become absorbent and ensures optimal adhesion of the wood finish.
• Completely remove any old paints and lacquers.
• When sanding, use a dust mask and avoid sanding smooth surfaces finer than P120 grit.
• The finished surface appearance can be influenced by various factors, so conducting a trial application is always recommended, especially for unfamiliar surfaces.
